It's not confirmed.

Stop saying that over 1k is a lot. It's not that much. You just have to skip the SnD games and play FFA/TDM instead. Take a 12min game. In average I think we all could reach around 50+ kills. And if you do 10 of 12min games we reach an amount of 130min, switching rooms included. So after 2 hours you would get 500+ kills. If I would have done that, I probably would have reached 700-800 kills since 50 is not that much for a 12min game. So after 5h played, which I normally play on a weekend, I would have got around 1875 kills. Which I did not. Since I didn't play when the 13h event started :P
