Jea the kick vote system is just abused a lot -.-.

It would be so great if there would be kind of :

-u have to play 10 Gm games
(with same **** so it would count 4 mission counter)to see the chat
-25 to see vote kicks
-50 to chat yourself / to be able to do f11 / f12
-100 to start kick votes yourself.

With some added rank restrictions it would be even better (could also replace my first suggestion) kind of :

-U need to be STAFF SERGEANT 1 to see vote kicks in GM.
-SFC 1 to do f11 / f12 / chat
-MASTER SERGEANT 1 to start vote kicks

And maby also u can't chat the first 2 rounds u join some room.

(this wouldn't be implemented in rookie server cause jea u know why ^^)

It would help to get rid of all those flaming low rank *******s who join see u have 10/0 flame as long as u get kicked etc. Maby it would be also usefull if there would be some GM turorial (cause its kind of CF only mode) that u need to complete to be able to chat and votekick in GM. So nobody could do as if he doesn't understand what breath etc is (4 al who don't speak English i don't really care it's their prob cause this is some English game.)
It won't help against jealous high ranks but it would eliminate the whole low rank flaming no skill problem =P.

(Every flame about my mental constitution is somehow gay =P )

It's not a bad idea, and would remove the issue somewhat.
however i think a better solution is just create the option to allow kicking, and i know that would allow some hackers to stay in a room without being kicked, but you could play with friends or whatever.
anyway +1.
