nvidia Video Card-as long as my fps up 110-150fps with 16player=[X] $170
total cost-i will say around $750

Some information for you:
I listed an up-to-date build you can easily play Crossfire with 200FPS - at least 300FPS without the cap - because your budget would even allow much more.
Generally it is the best choice to take a better graphics card than a better CPU for gaming purposes. That's why I devided your budget in a different way than you originally said. I am not sure if you really need performance this much. If you just want to play Crossfire at decent FPS then you should lower your budget to like 400 dollars.
P.S.
There are no differences between expsensive and cheap RAM. Teamgroup is reliable manufacturer that produces the cheapest RAM. -
i just want Custom fast computer.load speed,video card,start up speed.hard disk drives at less 1.5T..money is not a problems but not try to build over $800 help me to find what do i need..for the video card i just want to know what is differnet btw radeon an nvidia?i have been search an search both video i still dont understand..all i know is all CNCF player all use nvidia video card no one is use radeon caze my friend build in china he use nvidia..not radeon..even he know radeon are cheap an give most fps but he still those nvidia video..why?

There are a few differences between AMD (their graphics cards are called "Radeon HD xx.xx") and NVidia:
- AMD got a better cost effectiveness
- AMD got a better energy-efficience
- NVidia got a better viewing quality
- NVidia got the fastest graphics card that exists
However you can use graphics cards from both manufacturers when you want to play games.
This AMD graphics card has a similar performance compared to the NVidia GPU I already listed. It is a little bit slower though:
