Circle K problems

I bought a circle k gift card to purchase zp. When I tried to redeem it, it kept saying " Card has been mistyped" But I type it in 10 more times and I KNOW I typed it in right. So I called Circle K customer service and they confirmed I do have enough for the purchase of 50k zp. What do I do?

And I know I typed the right number in or it would say " Card does not exist"

That's the error that is displayed? (Card does not exist)

No reference to an error number?

Can you post a screenshot on what you see? (Be sure to crop if necessary to remove info like loginID at the top or if there is a display of card #'s)

Also, have you submitted a support ticket under Account >> Billing / Purchases?
Understand that support does not work on the weekend and that it may take a little longer to get to your ticket.

Go to imageshack and upload image ( http://imageshack.us/ )
you also have to create an account(sucks)
and when you're done uploading it,
look at the bottom right and them copy the link that has Forum Code
and paste into the post reply box.

Okay thank you, and no it doesn't say card does not exist it says "Oops! It looks like you mistyped your card number. Please try again" But IKNOW I typed it in right because if I didn't it says "card does not exist"
