Just go to any of the stores on the list at http://www.ultimategamecard.com/ and buy it then scratch the code off on the back you should be able to figure out the rest.

I don't use them anymore and haven't used them since Suba, but yes they do work.

Keep in mind that there are 3rd party fees PayByCash tagged on when using them. As I recall, people said you can not get 10$ of ZP with just one $10 UGC.
