Support Ticket?

I can't find the button to send a Support Ticket to the staff? Can anyone help me, or better yet, also help me get these two guys to be banned?

And that's the replay of them hacking in a Powerplant 2 v 2 match [I had to sit through 16 min, 61 deaths JUST to get the replay]

Ok

A.) If you leave a game early, you can still get the replay, when you exit game, stay in room. Open up "My Documents > Crossfire > Replay." There will be a replay called temp replay. Right click that replay and change the name to the name of the hacker, then change the extension to cfr. Now you have the repay saved, don't sit there and get killed.

Ah, I see, that's very insightful. I'm sorry about the question, also. It says to send in a support ticket, which I remember was something we could do, but this PM businesss I had no idea about.
