The redeem page is currently offline indefinitely. We will be looking at an issue that came from today's live event and working to restore the service.

If you have a code that you can use on the redeem page please hold on to it until we can fix the redeem page and get it back working properly.

Hi Guys,

Just an update. And first off, thanks for your patience.

Today our livestream event was a massive success. We had 750+ people at 10am this morning and over 1000 people by the end of the night!

We're incredibly happy with the outcome of the event. However it did cause the game and website some serious problems today!


We gave out nearly 16,000 items in one way or another throughout today and all the queries run by the redeem page to award items in game to players started to take its toll on the hamsters running the game servers.

As such we started to see failures within the system.


We determined the root causes of the issue and have since then shut down the redeem page for the time being. The game is back and should be functional, though we are monitoring it closely.

If you have codes from today's event we will honor them at a future time. We hope to restore the redeem page to its working order before the codes expire (don't worry you got a while before they expire). We'll have more information on the redeem page over the next short while.


Thanks to everyone who came out for the event today, and congrats to the winners. We are sorry the redeem page is busted at the moment, but we'll have it back soon!
