if you buy a new gpu, with that budget you won't see that much of a performance boost. You won't be getting 150fps+ on a 75$ gpu. Sorry ain't gonna happen. Your 5450 is like 60bucks, putting in an extra 15, I would recommend extending that budget, or just keep that card.
swear that card is like $30? -

It was 20$ for me. CK is a complete idiot. I can run MW3 at high settings, Upgrading to a 75-100 dollar card which all, that I have seen, double or triple in memory bandwidth, texel rate, pixel rate, render output units, like 5 times the unified shaders.. You get my point.
Ck has no idea what he is talking about, I was just looking for opinions on which card would be the best at the price range, since I felt too lazy to do my research.
@bacon. 2.8 ghz dualcore/5 gb RAM just saying c: -

In terms of frame rate you are entirely wrong, There have been instances where I pulled 100+fps on a 512mb card.You can almost never tell a person what there exact frame rate will be unless you have all the specs for the computer they will be using.
As for cards you really do not need to ask anyone here about them,You can check websites such as newegg and even BestBuy and do research on cards within your price range.Reveiws benchmarking and all that good stuff.
Good luck finding the right card suko. -

it really doesn't matter how much video memory you have unless you are running higher resolutions on a very detailed game, just stop posting on this matter.
i'd go on craigslist for a card, usually cheaper -

I'm trying to run 1440x900 on MW3 with higher than medium/high setting for texture etc. -

Since the Frostbyte engine has come to light, that issue has changed somewhat, since Battlefield 3 and, less so NFS: The Run, render most everything on the GPU, a higher memory bandwidth is needed for thatr sole purpose, no matter what resolution you run the game on. -
Wait what is CPU name?
And Here is the Graphic Card you should get: 5 bucks over your limit but High settings in Mw3 Ezzz. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125420
CPU name..
I'm gonna assume the processor, I'm not computer savvy
