crossfire wont load

ok this is what i do i open crossfire, hit start, the gameguard pops up the gray box opens nd dose its thing, now nothing happens i just get a **** load of lagg and no crossfire opens, how can i play crossfire can some one please help me this is one to multiply threads ive posted bout this problem GM's please help me!

turned off my firewall nd reinstalled it 300 times
