When will people learn, the server does not decide whether you win or not depending on how many people spinning. That's not true. The black market is programmed with random generators each time you spin a certain spot. If you're lucky enough to release it at the time the generator picks that number address, then the system detects TRUE and you win something. Otherwise, it detects FALSE and you didn't get the random number that would have won. Seeing the weapons does not make you closer as well. Z8 only does that to make you buy more -.- I've spun over 50 crates and won nothing. Saw every weapon dozens of times as well. That doesn't make you close to winning anything. People who know about computer programming would know what I'm talking about -.- Educate yourselves people.
