Disconnection Problems. GM's plse help!

Ok every time I finish playing a Match it disconnects EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!! If so could you please help me?

No im not a hacker Im a real player, And no nothin comes up when it disconnects only "Disconneted from server" Thats all, I really want to play this game and rank up! This Christmas im gonna buy ZP!!! wooot
