Vote kick system is broken

Well...it does prevent me from getting kicked. Sucks when there's a real person cheating and he doesn't get kicked though

what really upsets me sometimes is that noobs dont kick me for being legit, but high ranks who can play do!
1. for ace
2. because i fought the high rank, and they got ****ed, pmed an ally to kick me.

Just wondering...

Do we still need vote kick? The last hacker outbreak was several weeks ago. In 10 hours play time I kick 2 hackers and maybe 1 fishy player (and a few noobs but that isn't important). In the same time there are 10 - 20 (when I am unlucky up to 40) attempts to kick me. When I count the amount of votes against legit players in this time I would get 50 - 100 depending on the day time.

ikr they should have a maintenance and put it on when necessary, would tick the noobs and cry babies off for sure.

We know the system is flawed. Everyone knows the system is flawed. The problem is... How to improve the system so that it is fair and balanced to EVERYONE?

I've been subjected to the kicking vote unfairly many times in my CF career, before I was a mod and while I'm a mod.

I've seen ya get kicked before in Alaska i believe for "gringo" xD

51+% is a majority vote. Where I come from you don't have to get 80% approval to win a vote.
