Why can I not get any HELP with X-Trap error from the GM or MOD's

This is what I am getting; X-Trap CODE FIELD: 02-0300-00000000-211

Every time I start CF, the HGW will stop at 94% and then I get X-trap error.

Yes I have uninstalled & reinstalled CF, 4 times now. And uninstalled my anti-virus from avast
to microsoft security essentials. And every time I did turn off my firewall & anti-virus off when
downloading & loading CF.

And I have sent in 2 tickets now, and no one has got back with me.

This has been going on for 2 weeks now, it would be nice to get some HELP here!

There is a big difference between uninstalling your antivirus and having it turned off. There should be none on your computer at all when you install cf.

Also, GMs and mods don't necessarily respond because they probably don't know the answer any better than we do (maybe). They don't create the game.
