but it a clan , must can buy it clan bank Zp
that not good
it a clan , that a thing for the clan pleas

Ok easy enough If you see the price of the Name change of clan it says


Item Price 9500 ZP

You Have 0 Z8 Points


And your clan balance for Z8 is 1300 Not enough for the Clan name change


Your Add a LT +1 is 1000 ZP Your Clan Balance is 1300 You have enough to add 1 Clan LT and have 300 Z8 left over. You must pay that with Clan Account

Slegion is right you spent 8200 zp on to other items 2 days before so you only have the 1300 zp when you tryd to buy the clan name change your should really check before your do something..........

Ok You bough Add LT +1 for 1000k ZP and a Increase clan size for 7200K ZP 2 days ago thats 8200k ZP and you said you had 9500 ZP On that picture when you just went to change name it said Clan Account 1300k ZP


So 8200k ZP + 1300k ZP is 9500k ZP you had that much. So now you have 1300k ZP Left in clan Bank to use. Do you understand now

Yes just click Clan Account option

Without having to go into much detail here. If you purchased an item that you didn't receive then send a support ticket. Infact submit a support ticket for any purchasing issues.

There will be some general website clarifications going up. Some Clan items can only be purchased via the Clan Leader, and from what I can see here it looks like sometimes there is an error message and sometimes there isn't. Thanks for the screens, we'll look into it.
