Bandicam

I would like to record a few couple scrims with Bandicam, but when I download, mine turns into Korean language, which I am not too fluent with, even though I am.

Could somebody who knows how to use bandicam, please post screen shots of good settings that does not stress your computer too much? I'm pretty sure the format and stuff is the same with the english version, so if anybody can help me out with this, it would be very appreciated.

I Think you go to video , 3rd section , next to FPS.
you clicking setting the 1 to the left, then you turn it up to the at least 90-160 , depends on your pc.

On my laptop, so not sure.
