The draft will be starting this Saturday at 8:30 PM EST! (Times & dates can be subject to change - Keep an eye out for announcements)

Rules
The rule set is simple and easy to follow it will start with the Weapon set
  • AK47 (no variants except for WCG)
  • M4A1 (no variants except for WCG)
  • SG552 (no variants except for WCG)
  • Steyr AUG (no variants except for WCG)
  • XM1014 (No variants)
  • M60 (No variants)
  • AWM (no variants)
  • Desert Eagle (no variants except for WCG)
  • Anaconda (no variants)
  • Colt 1911 (No variants except for WCG)
  • Knife
  • Standard grenades (Frag grenade,flashbang, smokegrenade)
  • Only gp characters
  • No character items
  • Sprays are allowed
  • Rounds per half:7
  • Maps:All
  • Rejoining: If a player rejoins after death caused by another player it will result in that round being overturned (note: If you client error or get disconnected, this is one exception, but if you client error right after being killed before 2:10 you must rejoin after 2:00 so that you do not get a second life.)
  • Glitching: There is to be no glitching of any kind if a player is caught intentionally glitching his team will be disqualified and removed from the current draft in progress.
  • Hacking: If a player is caught hacking he will be indefinitely banned from all frost gaming events
  • Spamming (in game macro/vent/in game private chat): If a player is caught excessively spamming in a way that disrupts the gameplay of other players he will be banned from all frost gaming events for 2 weeks,
  • Team stacking: There is to be absolutely no team stacking if any team is found team stacking they will be evicted from the draft on sight.
  • Single-man boosting is allowed
General Boosting Guidelines

  • Boosting is defined as "stepping on top of a team player or nearby objects".
  • Stepping up to a higher structure by stepping on a lower structure or a teammate is allowed.
  • Using any abnormal methods such as a bug or glitching in order to boost into a spot is prohibited.
  • Double jumping to reach a boost spot is allowed.
Specific Boosting Guidelines
  • The spot must not be behind a wall to create a "1-Way Mirror" effect, so you shouldn't be able to see or shoot people when they can't see or shoot you.
  • You must be able to stand up in the spot without encountering damage spots. If you are dodging the damage spots by crouching, it is an illegal spot.
  • You must be able to legitimately gain access to the spot without ever passing through a field of damage spots. Passing through a field on your way to a spot is considered illegal.
  • You must be standing on a visible edge or platform. This means that lagging into an invisible wall is not considered legal.
Other Information
  • You must log in with your actual IGN and go to the help center to be registered with that name. If your vent name does not match up with the match media your team will lose one round for every round that you've played.
  • Some sort of screen capture program must be used at a resolution of at least 800x600 at an fps of at least 4.
  • Moss must be used along with this screen capture program.
  • Rank limit: SFC 1 - you may not participate with an account that is below this rank.

Reporting Match media
  • The captain will handle ALL match media and will report wins to the admins in the help center.
  • Uploading match media: Every player has 15 minutes to upload moss. Screen capture must be recorded and kept incase the match is contested by the other team, In this case the players in the contested team will be given 20 minutes to have all match media uploaded.

Open moss from your desktop (after extracting from the ZIP file)

How-to setup Bandicam

Step 1)
Launch Bandicam from your start menu or desktop icon.

Once open, Click on the 'VIDEO' tab

Once on the video tab, click 'SETTINGS'

Use the settings in the image below. (5FPS recording / 30 quality is MINIMUM, you may use higher settings if you wish)
