Yes, but you don't get the point. There is no "aim". The spinning is just a visual effect. Back when the Black Market was simple [click Open, 3 items appear in 3 slots] the selection was instant. The new visual effects use the exact same system, but with visual effects to make it more realistic.

You used to click a button, and 3 items would appear on the screen. Now, the spinning is to give a feeling of anticipation.

The one word that defines the Black Market is luck. There is no way to increase your "luck" or decrease your "luck". It's simply a matter of if it happens or not. Call it coincidence.

okay, now i get your point about the items being the same no matter what, so i guess the technique doesn't exist. but why would there be a choice to spin for a long time or to spin for a short time if its going to be the same results? isnt that a little pointless?

edit: also, that means no mtter how long you spin or how short-timed you spin, it will be in a sequential order? because from what ive been observing, the first spin is always, and sorry to those i denied that, gp, speed defuse, and a namecard, and the second spin is probably gp's and a namecard, and so on.

As I've stated. Anticipation and visual effects.

Why do movies have to have so many green-screened effects and editors which cost $$$ when they could just make a regular movie with no effects. Aren't they still getting the message across without a beautiful backdrop?

Consumers enjoy visual effects. I'm not calling anybody a consumer, nor am I villainizing anything related to Cross Fire. I'm just saying it's there as a visual effect.

You stand victorious, I stand defeated, I admit.

Anyway, I learned quite a few and my next argument will be more factual.

Thank you, and good night chicago!

(or in other words you can close the thread if you want)
  • I'm not trying to bash you, I'm just trying to clarify a few things :). I would never bash someone to make them look foolish. You do not stand defeated, you stand smarter than you would have been if you kept on thinking that there were methods. I should be commending you, not the opposite of you to me.
