Pretty interesting to read that my sensitive is 4 times higher than the second highest in this thread. I am too lazy to move my arm while playing
i used to play with 100 sens on a standard dell mouse until it stopped working. as long as you're comfortable with your setup it doesn't matter. -

It's not a problem, some people turn black bars because they like playing with it. -
I find this interesting aswell, cause I didn't know that there could be players who don't experience this bug. Or maybe you just don't notice it? oO
The simplest test is to take a screenshot, zoom in and out, take a screenshot again and compare them. Would be nice if you could do that for me.

pretty sure you only get it for widescreen like above 1440 res. Also, I think you need a decently big screen but not sure. I have 25" screen and when I my res above 1440 I get the black bars on the sides. -

no, it's a setting you enable or disable in your graphic card options which either stretches the resolution to fit on your whole screen or leaves you with black bars at the right and left side
