Help!!!!!

I keep getting timed out when i join a room or match and i dont know how to run it as admin i use windows xp !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP i can log in the game and join a server but not a match i join the match then i cant join the game i just stay at the loading screen untill i get timed out or the match is over HELP!!!!
