info: anytime you want to play a league match the loser of the match must report their loss. If the loser does not report their is a place to report that it was not reported. There is no way around not having your match reported, the only way to screw the system is if your team won the match and you choose to report that you lost. you can only hurt your team standings and chances at purchasing prizes.

Final comments:
FOR NOW, the main rule set of the LEAGUE will be " esg " rules.
FOR NOW, the main rule set of all TOURNAMENTS will be " esg " rules.

I personally disagree with some of the rules and agree with some of the rules as im sure everyone in this community does. Therefor my scapegoat is to put the blame on " esg " and what the league has got most teams preparing for.

Tournaments:
Again rules will be the same as " esg " , THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IN RULES, from tournaments compared to league matches is that, IN TOURNAMENTS I would like to add all maps will be played rather then just Blackwidow, Port, Subase, Mexico and Ankara.

Again follow the website to track the progress at anytime.

For now I will be allowing a maximum of 20 teams.
I will be approving teams that are allowed to join.
This is a crossfire North american League. If your ping does not allow you to compete
in North american servers I will not be approving your team.

To those who cheat:
I personally cannot say if someone is cheating or not. This will kind of be a good faith system. Generally the teams I allow to join will be teams I see in echo 8. For tournaments run we will use recording systems. If the tournament is a small one like 6 teams, I probably wont go over any replays. If the tournament is larger, has a larger prize pool, and I have dedicated staff, then going over all " Disputed " matches will become routine.

You have to include captains or a group of people who are the judge of your team if your playing for instance. The captain of each team that is in the tournement is put into a pool and they review relpays together and cheats if suspected that would be great.

If I know of your team from NA or EU scrims the process will go very smoothly.

If I do not know you or your team you will be placed on a waiting list.

If you have a history of cheating and have publicly admited to it and are currently playing for a team in ECHO 8. Your team will be placed on a waiting list.

If I get the slightest hint you are " trolling " me you will lose all chances of playing in this league.

If you do not know me and we have bumped heads through shi.t talking, be a man and approach me if you have a team that wants to compete.

well for now, I am in no rush to get massive amounts of teams. I will not name team names but off the top of my head I can think of 3 Eu teams, 7 Na teams, and 2 Sa teams.

I do not know much about the leagues and competition from south america, or if they are able to compete in NA server. I know few Eu teams who can definately compete with the Na scene. There was one australian team lurking echo 8 who in my opinion would struggle crazily due to ping but if they chose to compete they are a team regardless.

If they have alot of members that I have seen or they have shown proof that they have been together for awhile I will also put them on a waiting list but I will probably accept them sooner then others. The later 2 I hope to see competition in the ranks and activity.
There is a built in system that will lower rankings due to inactivity. For instance if Facedown
wins the first tourny or starts actively playing ranked matches. They hold 15 wins 5 losses and are #1 on the ranking. There are 3 ways of losing the spot. Go inactive for 7 days and the team automatically drops down 5 ranks. I believe if the team on the ranking directly below you, " challenges" your team you have 3 days to accept and play the match, otherwise you automatically drop 1 spot. Or 3rd lose a match to the team ranked directly below you.
So to stay on top it requires activity and skill. you can obtain 50 wins 1 loss and go inactive for a month and possibly be last place on the ranking. depending on how many active teams there are. Also the higher win% the higher your team rating. You can rank 1 with 1300 rating, or be rank 6 with 1800 rating because your win/loss ratio is much higher. Also to drastically increase rating or lose rating go on 5 /10/15/20 game winning streaks. Each time you hit a streak your rating drasticaly goes up. Same if you lose 5 straight, it will drastically drop. Also if you 2000 rating 50win/2loss and lose to someone with 1200 rating 20win/25loss your rating will drastically drop and the others will drastically go up.

anyway to answer your question, I do not have specific guidelines to meet. I have my judgement, and anyone interested in playing will have to deal with that.

My objective: To give teams a free fun and competitive league to play in.
Myleague offers: A free league from what I remember, good prizes if the league is active enough ( for example free ps3 ). Can purchase a membership to earn prizes faster. If they do not purchase memberships the rate at wich you gain " bux " is fewer. All tournaments cost " bux " to play. If you lose to much your team will have 0 bux available and cannot participate in tournaments. Resulting in teams creating new accounts and starting from scratch, or simply giving up and quiting. If your balance does reach 0 bux and you do not want to start over ( i think you start with 180 bux ) you can simply play league matches to slowly increase your bux, untill you can get in the next tournament.
So anyways if the teams I allow to join complain to much about a specific team " cheating " that team will be heavily monitored by use of fraps or untill caught on another leagues anti cheat system for cheating and then removed if caught to maintain activity in the league.

so to repeat and keep it simple, If you cheat in this league and try to hide it there will be less activity due to, too many complaints meaning no prizes for you. If your goal in cheating is to just **** ppl off cuz u hate life and enjoy making other people miserable, then during scrims you will be blatant as **** and probably removed from the league sooner.
" to be a good liar you have to have an amazing memory " and the leagues statistics will be my memory of everything that happens. I don't need a good memory to remember every tournament or report that happens because literally everything gets recorded. There is no way around that. It's just the way the website is designed.

This is only a 50 member league.

1st place guy has 2659 wins 1338 losses skill lvl 1814 win %66.525 idle for 1 day 20 hours

last placed is around 40w 50 loss clearly hasnt been as active, or has as much experience as the 1st place. surprisingly his highest rank achieved was 6th place. meaning at some point he beat some of the top players to get there.

The league page i have up obviously looks nothing like their league but i can modify it to look like a lot of different things with whatever logos and backrounds i want.

regarding tournament start date:
I was already asked on xfire and from a friend when is the first tournament;
The league starts NOW, a tournament can be run the minute we have 4 teams.
The league macthes can be started the minute we have 2 teams. I will look into a good source of communication for all team captains to use. During tournament times scores need to be recorded in that chat system, I will go over simple rules once we get more teams untill it becomes habbit for everyone.

Hopefully this wasn't a waste of a hour.

Again I will tell everything to team leaders/captains thru the correct chat system

Remember during your 4 step signup YOU WANT MORE BUX, BUX IS HOW U GET PRIZES, the more bux you start off with the better, nothing will spam your email address. The only thing that will be sent to your email in the future is how your team placed during tournaments and if you want to shut that off you can somewhere in your settings.

side note: If you currently are not on a team you can still sign up, and the league will list you as a " free agent ". This is more important for the players on a team, who leave and go somewhere else. Just know you do not have to make a new account, just leave the team you are in and you can get accepted by another team in the Ladder

I suggest you ask teams to participate insteed of them asking you just saves time because Ýou know the teams that you want in the tournament.

Ex. You would want LPK, FDN, HT, FG.CA, LL.USA, vVv.

And if they don't want to play we get other teams. Just like 8 really good teams.

P.S I was going to put our team but don't want to be biased even our team can't qualify if we don't meet the requirenments.

This can be run as either a small tourny or a league, depending on what people want. If people want to stay busy untill esg comes then this could be the place that provides that. If the teams you listed do want to play then the league/tourny would only be better.
I also mentioned I would stop at 20 teams, So i am very sure that winOut will be one of those teams playing. Im not getting into who is the best and who isn't, i just want something to do, like the gentlemen from facedown made a post about. This is more for the teams I see in echo 8, and I will try to keep teams that have zero chance of winning any matches out of the league. This isn't a prestigious league by any means, it is just something to do, That I believe is a big step up from drafts.
Everyone can play and record standings at there own will once they understand how to use the user friendly site and when someone is avaiable to host a tourny and the teams are available we will have a tourny.

Think of a night where all teams just normally scrim, maybe 8 teams are on and a tournament admin is on. Why not have a mini tourny instead of just doing random scrims over and over. A good night for us is getting a bo3 match vs a decent team. This league can provide the incentive for all matches to be more competitive as long with the future rewards of free prizes, if they do well and the league is active

I do hear what you are saying tho trust me, and im well aware of the teams I want to be facing.

What I will think about luwii are each individual tournament. I dont have to accept every team into every tournament. Lets say we get 12 teams, this league runs for 2 weeks. Everyone has about 20 matches played, and the top teams on the ladder want to play there own tournament, I have no problem just hosting a 4 team tourny for the best teams. Or if over time we get more teams that can compete, wouldn't it be nice to see 12 decent teams play against eachother in a tourny. I dunno stuff i'll think about, but i wont let just anyone join. I will try and make wise decisions with who I let in.

20 Teams is unrealistic. Rather have 8 decent teams then to make it a public league. 8 teams that can compete at the same level as each other. Best out of 3 with 20 team and hackusation on every one will just be chaos.

Did I name any 1 team that I will allow to play in it, no.
Reason being I at this current time do not know the teams I will allow to participate in it.

When I put more thought into it more information will be released, as of now I have left the webpage open to the community to see the development.

Yes I would punch you in the face if I saw you and you actually spoke to me or other people like that in person and after the beat down was accomplished if you had a team the next day that you wanted to play in the league, I would still give you the opportunity to approach me and ask, and take your teams information then decide if I would let you in or not.

I am trying to eliminate all " troll teams " from the league. I do not want a unclean page of inactive teams on the site. I also do not want my xfire being spammed. I am trying to eliminate as much headache as possible.

If you do not think this idea is a good one, simply do not participate. I have got about 7 xfire pm's asking for more info. So yes some people are interested. No rules are set in stone as of yet besides the " esg guidelines " i provided in a previous post. Im sorry if you disagree but like i said I also disagree. One of the things being boosting. I hate it but I will allow it because esg rules are set and everyone has no choice but to abide by them if they want to play esg. I love the gun rules, wish there where some more guns like mp5 for box dmg, or a xm8/type. Maybe one per team, BUT im not getting into any of that.

As of the teams I allow in I said I will try and make the best judgement call I can, none of you know me so you have no idea the teams I will allow. Everyone can follow the site as I said and see the direction of the league for themself. If they are interested, Contact me.
