Pro Teams stick together. If they lose they dont blame each other for the lose, they look at what happened and learn from it and make themselves stronger. Most cf teams/clans fall apart because they Fail to do this. One loss doesnt mean your team is bad. xfire> dahaze0 __ hit me for a 5 v5 or whatevers clever.

even if a team sticks together a loss can still be blamed on a single person
and sometimes its better to let 1 guy go off on his own

no, you are allowed to blame some one on their individual skill, that is the dumbest thing in the world, how can you blame your team when a kid had a nade in his hand instead of a gun or when they were looking at the same spot as your team mate? TEAM work is playing as a team which means executing your job as an individual to support your team.

Patience and the balls, that's what is really required.
You can't blame people for disbanding teams so quickly though, there's no real motivation to play this game (competitive-wise).
Only WCG is worth mentioning, but hell it happens once a YEAR, ha..

Playing over 15+ season in cal/cevo/esea in 1.6 i noticed that alot of teams didnt last normally its 1 / 2 people who have side egos/opinions/ hate someone else for unknown reasons. when he leaves his friend leaves (usually mid season) ending there run.


I noticed in this game people can only use scrims to base how good they are (no leagues with major AC support, no one to rank yourselves really.) anyway scrims are basically what everyone has here to base there skill of team off of. Thus when they lose they get mad, idk why i always try to say its only a scrim these are like baseball players batting practice, just work on everything and youll get it. one thing ive known is 1 player cant win championships.


also the egos are players can be squad ending
