HELP i forget my e-mail+passwort

Hallo ich habe bei euch einen anderen account wo ich auch schon mit geld öfter mal Z8points gekauft

ok jetzt habe ich schon länger nicht mehr gespielt und weiß mein passwort nicht mehr aber noch schlimmer ist ich weiß meine email addresse und das dazuhörige passwort auch nicht mehr ich weiß nur noch den einlog namen plus mein ingame namen bitte um hilfe an ( schreibe ich nur ein GM ) oder so was habe ja nicht grade wennig geld in den account gesteckt ich kann die sicherheits frage auch beantworten und alles denke ich mal nur ich weiß das passwort nicht mehr es geht um den account mit dem ingame spieler namen ( sage ich nur ein gm ) bitte um hilfe

Oder ist hier wer der gut english kann ? und mein text vllt übersetzen könnte ?
ich glaube das von google übersetzer ist falsch oder warum meldet sich kein gm ?
