Learn your sections. Recruitment can be here due to looking for a clan/team. Don't respond to something you know nothing about. If he post in competitive section, thread will be moved automatically due to mods.

He is looking for a League/Scrim team.....not a clan. Moved to proper section. Given that he was away for a while, he may not know of that section.
