clan point error

This has become quite a big problem in my recent playing, either that or I noticed it more, but I don't believe my exp earned and clan points earned match up. I am familiar with the system that 500exp =1 clan point, but looking at my statistics located on my player profile I saw that I earned 3000exp today but only 1 clan point. I am thoroughly confused, what can I do so I am not cheated out of clan points?

i know i didnt even move server i at keast had gotten 5 clan ponirs to make up for the week and they wernt then i got kiked out of my clan
