Is there any skill in working the new reformed version of the black market or is everything still left up to luck? What I mean is with the new spinner version, can one judge where items are located from the previous results and therefore gauge how long they click spin to land on those select items?

I got kriss super v when I held it all the way down, but my friend has every crate weapon and he got them by holding it less than halfway. So no, it's all luck.
