Hello, Today every time i play my CF game crash in the middle of loading, its happen like 3-5 times so i stop playing. can you tell me whats wrong?

can somebody please help me buy zp with google chekout i buy they tell me where u want to ship it i wrote my address i thought it wasnt gonna ship it will be transferrd to my acc but i went in my user it said not shipped yet so how do i buy with google checkout plz answer me asap
