Should rejoining be treated as an offense.
We've all seen it happen. You kill an enemy in the first minute of the round. He quits and rejoins, and manages to win the round.
Personally I consider this a form of cheating. A match is suppose to be between even teams with even chances. But rejoiners force you to kill them twice, usually after you've already taking damage during your first encounter with them, and thus disrupt that balance.
Should the GMs consider rejoining as an exploit, and thus punish rejoiners accordingly?
Please leave your opinions below, and explain why you feel they should or shouldn't.

fully agree on this state.I did killed mostly people at start then they rejoin and kill me -.-We've all seen it happen. You kill an enemy in the first minute of the round. He quits and rejoins, and manages to win the round.

But we cant do nohting,we can just face it. :S -
I want this gone since forever, I hate that. We should just prevent people from joining a round if they were not in-game BEFORE the next round start. Elimination was that way for a while already (I'm sure it already happen that you guys joined while ppl where still froze in their spawn) and it would be perfect for every mode.
We hate when we join a room and we're thrown into the action and we're like wtf? So yeah, ppl doing that are usually tryhards, especially in Ghost Mode. They don't care much about their score, they just wanna win.
Final answer: they shouldn't be able to do such thing. If there's one thing I hate more than hackers or stalkers, it's definitely tryhards, especially when they do that, *.* -

But we cant do nohting,we can just face it. :SNot true. If rejoining was considered a minor offense, reporting them might teach them to stop doing it and take a death like a man. -
Sometimes they aren't bad players, but just got unlucky. For example, he died, while you took 99 HP in damage during a 1 on 1 encounter.
Regardless, I'll kill 'em again or let my teammates do work while I play more defensively with 1 HP. -

Desertions? o.OEasy. Someone that gets an error during the match usually can't rejoin as an active player the same round. And furthermore, this error doesn't occur multiple times during the first minute of the round after getting shot.
If a player rejoins once during the entire match, it wouldn't be a big deal. However, there are players that continuously do this, to a point where it basically feels like you are playing 8 vs 9, or worse if more players on one side do this.
I once played a match that was 8 vs 11, because the opposing team had 3 rejoiners that would rush in and spray their M12s at us, get killed, rejoin, and continue playing against our badly wounded team.Inconclusive wrote: »everyone does it, no problem with it. if you kill them once, you should be able to kill them again.
i do it as well.Obviously not everyone does it, if some of us consider it cheating. -

Oh, I see now. so if say, the desertions go over a certain # like 5 or some number around that range, then obviously the offense would be counted.
Would this offense be stackable?

Not counted, but it becomes obvious to other players, and thus reported. Replays will show continuous rejoin exploitation.
And like with all offenses, if you keep getting caught doing it, the penalty will increaseI do this all the time since for some reason i always die at the beginning of a round T.TYou must feel really proud of yourself. -
More kills for me.
I love rushing and killing them and then I go to their spawn then kill them when they just spawned.
They usually RQ for good after that:D
Good tactic to get out the tryhards that I hate
. Same way as making people RQ by using Nano's tactic ;D -
What most fail to realize is that when someone says 'oh just kill em again' what if a bomb has been planted as a GR for instance? You don't have time to worry about when or if a player will respawn. Especially if the rest of the team is still active.
A player can plant a bomb in just a few moments, allowing those that die that respawn to get an extra edge on already distracted opponents.
Why? Because they thought they killed enough people and then someone who makes it in comes back to take em out.
You'd be surprised how many times a single player can rejoin in a single round if given the opportunity.
It distracts you, and it distracts your team with no good reason.
