M12s - Is It Really a Noob's Gun?

Ever since the M12's was introduced into the game, there have been the all out flamers, and the people who chose to embrace the gun and use it to their "advantage". Now if you think about it, is it really that bad of a gun? I mean, yeah, it has very little recoil and a quick RoF (Rate-of-Fire for those unfamiliar), but it is in the game after all. The guys at development office wouldn't have put it in the game if it were severely overpowered and had a game-altering effect.

Another OPINION that I'd like to get out there. If you are a person against the use of an M12s and you're always getting mad at the person using the weapon, why? Are you mad because you are unable to kill the person? Are you angry because the person has killed you many times in the game? Or are you just naturally an angry person; there's a lot of those now a days. If you cannot kill the person, most likely scenario is that the person's server connection is better than yours; maybe that person has better/quicker aiming reflexes than you do; occasionally it is the gun whether it be an ak47 forever hated M12s. All guns have their upsides and downsides. For example, the AK47 compensates it's recoil with its damage and quick ability to kill. Reverse that now. The M12s has quite a low damage rating compared to other guns; it is compensated by a high rate of fire and low recoil. It all makes sense at the end. Maybe you should be mad at the guy using the AK47 who kills you twice as quickly as the guy using an M12s.

Another thing. How many people have done bad even while using the M12s. It's NOT THE GUN THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. If the gun were all powerful and so "disgraceful" as I was just recently called, then every single person using the gun would be doing amazing in matches, but that definitely isn't the case.

Final thing. If you think the gun is so overpowered, why don't you use it. Now don't go saying "You are a noob if you use it." Don't think you shouldn't use it just because it's "nooby". WHO CARES!? Honestly. It is your account and you can play it whatever way you want to. The point of this game is to have fun; use guns that you like to use and have fun with. Who really gives a bleep what gun your using, you play however the way you want to.

What lead to this you ask? Very recently, some gold-bar, who's name I don't even remember, said to me in game.
"I never thought I'd see a rank like you disgrace yourself by using that gun."
Disgrace? I wouldn't say something that harsh; kinda mean don't you think? So he goes on rambling about how much of a noob I am for using the gun. I'm going 89-3 in this Escape game while that guy is going 15-27 with w/e gun he's using. Am I the noob for getting my score? Am I being disgraceful to my rank (whatever that means... It's a game...)?

These are just my thoughts for today. Call me a flamer, call me a ranter. Do whatever you want. Agree with what I'm saying, or just stay the path and continue to call me a noob for using a gun which I get decent scores in this game with. Sometimes it's good to be open-minded and take a look at peoples opinions for things.
