Clan ribbon queries ?

Hello guys
guys i have a small doubt about the two following ribbons
1.CREDIT TO THE CLAN
2.CLAN SURVIVALIST
in first they have said tat 10 soldiers, 250 times in clan rit . So does tat mean tat we should kill 10 soldiers in a match ie., 250 matches huh ?
In the second they have told 4 survive rounds ie., 250 times does tat mean should we survive without killed by the opponent four times in 250 matches ?

If i am wrong feel free to correct me please

1.CREDIT TO THE CLAN
-Kill 10 enemy's in Half a clan match X 250 Separate Times
Go to your clan page in Clan section. Check Clan matches and it will show icons if you kill 10+ People, etc
2.CLAN SURVIVALIST
-Survive 4 rounds in a row (cannot die), 250 Separate times
