Are there any problems server side?

Im wondering, because nothing has changed on my computer, same pings on other games, same download\upload speeds, nothing new installed etc.

But in game lately my pings gone from around 115 to 150-190, even all the gun sounds lag when people are firing, getting alot worse hit registration too.

Also the website loads slower, my link is to the main crossfire page, and its taking alot longer to load page, especially the buttons with home,clan,etc.

I did a reinstall of crossfire just in case as i thought something may have been wrong on my side, but the problems still persist.

Few other people seem to have the ping issues, but havnt seen any about gun sounds lagging too (possibly the higher ping is lagging them idk?) and the website being slower.

Any ideas?

there were some issues on saturday, maybe you're still witnessing some after effects.

i have since yesterday! my normal ping its 130 now 207 no downloads no updates no virus.my friend says that it must be the weather too much wind and some cold that afects the magnective waves on wires

Dont worry, its not our problem or your ISP's problem.

As far as I am concerned, since friday, CF server has been though tough time since everybody got on weekends , which has increased server load.

More than 60-70% of euros are experiancing Lagg/No-Regs/Warping etc

It should come down in week days, if not they will have to fix it/Server Maintenence

Thanks for the replies, i just find it odd and i have no explanation for the problem so thanks for suggesting some.

Annoying that i recently bought zp and have guns\exp boost on timers which i cant really use because trying to play like this is just overly frustrating.

lol for the past month my ping has been 40+ higher than my normal ping in west coast but normal in alpha. this shows that it is obviously a server problem

Oh that scared me! I thought I saw the only one that had issues loading the crossfire webpage.

Happened to me ever since they added this Halloween patch.. so much for keep CF realistic eh..

Same, Before halloween patch, I had a ping of around 110, but the lowest is 130 and highest is like 3000....
