X-Trap Error

I was playing perfectly 2 days ago and then i played again today. When I started cf, it goes well until the login screen shows up. It says 08-0400-00000000-539 Some functions of the operating system has been corrupted. Please, close any program which is affecting game client and restart the system. Tool name: (blank) Site: Crossfire(North America). I redownloaded using east 1 but when i opened up the downloader, it didn't open and said like run time out or something. I then did brothersoft and downloaded it again. I disabled firewall and antivirus. It still didn't work so im posting on forums.
