Screen Configuration Problem.

I recently had to format my laptop and thus, I had to install Crossfire(yet again).

Before I start playing, I always lower the settings to speed the performance in favor of fps.

This always happens when I'm forced to re-install Crossfire.

I start playing and the graphics look a bit stretched. I can't really explain, but the last time I had to do this, I just pressed some keys while in game and changed the "look".



I'm not sure if you notice, but when I manage to change the look, the font looks "brighter". Here, when I use normal chat, the otherwise white-ish font looks more gray-ish. Also, the characters, shapes and pretty much everything looks stretched and bigger.


If you know what I'm talking about, please help. I can't play like this.

Sorry for double posting.

This image shows the font which has a darker gray tone to it. I'm not sure if I used to like.. zoom the screen out by pressing CTRL +, but if so, then it's not working anymore..

Can somebody please help me?. This is so goddamn annoying.

My screen is zoomed-in and I can't play like this.

Change your resolution?

Resolution is down to the lowest possible, all effects are turned off(except for the blood effects) I'm running at 16-bits. I can only remember that I could "zoom out" while in-game", but I can't remember how.

It's very difficult to hit a target, 'cause imy gun is as big as the target I'm firing at.

Your screen would appear to looked zoomed in running such a low resolution.

It's odd. I remember I would change the look while in-game.

Boy, do I feel like a sap now!. =P
