Crossfire wont load.

When i click on "Start Game" it then does nothing at all.

When it load...

When the game loads it say it missing a file and force to shut down. When it loads char i think.

Reinstall your game by using the Alternative Download Mirrors or download it from these Mirrors:

Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, gameguard.des and gameguard.mon files got full access through your firewall and turn your Antivirus program off for the Installation.
If you got Windows Vista / Windows 7, run the Setup and Gamestart later as Administrator.
