i think u can use the special symbols only when u use a clan name change from the Cash shop.

When I went to do the name change from vibrating pickle.... I mean Turbo Pickle... I went through a bunch of Ideas with the clan. We had several names thrown out there but Pubstarz is what everyone voted on. So the next thing is I paid for the name change... and used character map that is with your computer... and tested on how I wanted it to look. But please remember... some of the characters that are used in character map show up as ??? so you have to be careful what you use. I ended up having to do the name change thing twice. so yeah. Anywho. Thats how i got the little symbols next to our name.
