Corupt Client

Every time i try to run CF, i get the C4 launch screen, click start, x-trap and GW run and the patcher runs as normal. right after that i get the error "Client file corupption detected, closing game client.

I have tried reinstalling the game, redownloading at least 5 times from several different mirrors.

I have completley unistalled the game, including wiping all and any z8 files and folders, running several CC scans and cleaning my registery.

Tried every combonation of download and install with my firwall on and off.

tried installing under safe mode.

Yes, ive ran it all under administrator.


my specs:

Windows 7 home premium.

CPU: Intel i7 2600 second gen
GPU: ATI Radeon 6850
Primary Hard Drive: Kingston SSD (Solid State) 128GB
Secondary Hard Drive: 2TB HDD cant rember the details.... to lazy to look them up


my had CF installed on my HDD, running fine, until yestery it began giveing me this problem. ive tried reisatlling it on both my HDD and SSD (Deleting one before doing the other, only having one intalation at a time), nothing is working, it still claims that the client is coruppt.


Any help it appreciated.

seretide is correct, that is the excat problem i was having. but i am running off a different internet connection now (long story) and everything is flawless now.... dosnt really make scence to me, perhaps the new patch isnt enjoying running two computer with CF at the same time off one gatway??

ethier way, my stuff is working now so im happy, as far helping seretide, i dont really know how it got fixed, it just did, so sorry but i cant really help you. Maybe try disconnecting from your router while you install? thats about the only different thing i did before it worked.
