Clan Page - Clan Matches changes - Updated again

Hello Clans!

**Update 2**

We have solved this problem for 3441 active clans on the Clan Match ladder. We have fixed this by removing the first half match count from clans and players records.

It should be correct for all clans now.

Please note, this may take a clan page synch before all the records are back to normal please be patient.


**Update**

Due to the nature of this change some clans will have affected records between Feb 3rd and Feb 6th. The page was calculating some halves as wins and losses towards your record while the change was implemented. This was unavoidable from our side however they can be corrected manually.

Please contact us immediately via support with the link to your guild for this to be fixed.

Also please note that we are working on potential abuse and wrongful cases when clans leave before the first half is over.





We have made a few changes to the display features on the Clan Matches tab for your clan.

The game records a clan match as two halves. These halves are now properly displayed on your clan page. Note that for the first half the score will be displayed as 0:0. As the second half always displays the correct match result (the final score). However your kills and deaths and points will all be properly counted from the first half.

We are also in the process of changing some of the graphics for the display as well, the "win" image will be removed for the first half of the match and the first half should have a zero calculation on your Match Point score.

Additionally there is now "6" matches displayed instead of 5 on each page. This represents the 3 halves.


There may be some yellow tape associated with these changes. Get some games in on the clan server and let us know if you find any problems. We'll be looking to make some additional improvements over the next few weeks!

We are winning clan wars and the system is saying we lost them. Over 100 losses because of this.

WTF its a joke? we play 30+ CW & in 15 games opponents leave after 1st half.After that we get 20 loses to cw stat in clan page!!!!when 1 team leave after 1st hale you dont get win.you get only lose to clan stat.THX!!!GOOD JOKE.
no reason to play cw now.

there is a serious flaw to our clan page... we have played every clan match we have and not lost a game or even a HALF.. and if there is a more reliable system to check that id appreactiate it if a mod did.. i sent in a ticket and got redirected to this page but it didnt answer my question...

we have won EVERY half, and its still giving us losses.. we'd like our clan page to be looked through and see if its some sort of glitch. thanks..

We're looking in to it. As mentioned previously this stuff is still in development and we're going to have to adapt and adjust accordingly. We'll get it right soon.

I believe you are then decided as the winner and are awarded your deserved CP.

We are still working on ironing out any quirks or problems that may arise from an entire group leaving before the first half is over.

Um i sent a support ticket about my clan Detox because we took over 50 loss's because our wins werent showing up and they answered me back with this link that tells me to send a support ticket after I already sent a support ticket. So am I supposed to send another support ticket or did you fix the problem I confused.
