Anyone else experiencing this, problem?

I have been experiencing this error/problem a lot lately, and today it just got very much worse...

When I go to enter a game, it loads up to 9/10's the way there, and STOPS.
It won't go any further, and forces me to open Task Manager and close it.
I haven't been able to join ANY games today, having to close the client 8 (eight.) times...

So I am pretty much ready to say eff this, and go play something else...

Is ANYONE experiencing this, or is it just me???

And before ANYONE comes in and says it's your RAM or your Net Connection, NO it is not...

I have just over double what this game requires to run, I have high speed internet, which is reliable, unless it's storming outside.

So anyone?

Got that alot in clan server but not in say Alpha or Bravo. Pain in the azz for sure.

me too.it happens to me almost everyday..when I was joining a room.it loads up to 90% and hung up,and the screen loading freezes .when I wait for a moment,I'll be moved to lobby.and screen says due to idling for too long,..and sometimes if I'm not moved to the lobby I will be able to enter that room,but freeze again and all I can see is just a floor of any map that I joined in but no players and no gun noises,and the worst thing,after loading to 90%,the screen will blacked out and I'm not moving to the lobby even I wait.all I have to do is press(Ctrl+Esc) closing the cross fire manually in my task bar ang restart it

Well I have been playing in Bravo, since I discovered I get a whole -10 removed from my ping, heck yeah!

Anyways I get this constantly, I have to restart the client several times, to be able to play maybe 2 to 5 games before it starts happening again, and to mention when I try to make my own game, I get a host error and get booted...

the game (lobby, room) should be full screen and not window mode. worked for me.

,exactly !! at the upper left side,,,and when you join a room.it will back to full screen size

Eight times in a row? O_O Damn...most I've had is about 4

There's an easy way to avoid this, if you want to play in a room, don't join right away, let other people join first. Usually if it is a bugged room with the loading error, most will do the task manager thing and leave. If they're all in there for 30 secs or so, then the room is probably safe to enter.

Or try to find 8v8 rooms who has a lot of people playing on both sides already, rooms like this will less than likely have that loading error.

Used to get this error often some time ago,mostly on uk clan and uk 5 server.But happens rarely to me now.

finally someone else says it , yea i get that all the time and i have to turn off crossfire and restart it such a pain especially with clan wars(asking a mod) will this be fixed in the next patch??

We saw a fix for this in December.

It's been reported happening again, and we're aware of it. Though it seems to be less so than in December.

We do hope for a fix from the developers on this soon. If you haven't noticed we're ramping up to a patch soon, and while no one is going to guarantee anything at this moment in time, lets try to hold out just a little longer!

Happened to me 3 times in a row once.
I was not having a good day.
Still happens alot but I just get a bit annoyed and
Crlt+Alt+Delete

Edit: It never happened to me in December but has just recently started frequently happening.

correct , it is no where near as bad as in december when pretty much every game would stop at 90% but the last few days it has started happening again to me but no where near as often !

i close the game with task manager at least once a day if not more coz of that

not to mention the great client errors during the game

last night i played a 13 rounds S&D game starting from round one and i got error in last minute of round 13 and a lot like that in other games

what a nightmare

I wish that all the desertions that caused by that bug will be removed in our profile..it is so confusing that,I used to play without desertion even if there is hacker,BUT because of that bug,my desertion keeps decreasing every time I play.so I'm hoping

P.S. to Mr. Saidin .please inform us if it is possible for you to remove all desertions caused by that bug..what about to the players that is rank conscious like me,,,
