2 quick web updates

We have 2 quick Z8Games Policy and Web updates for you today.

The first will be a policy change that will be implemented immediately. We will be updating the official website Terms of Use with this new policy next week.

Temporary Items, those with timed durations, will not have their timers held any more for suspensions or bans due to hacking. Previously, temporary item timers were held for all types of non permanent bans. This will be changing, and we will not be offering a refund or exchange (which we don't do anyway) on these items.

However, Temporary Item timers will be held for bans that include: Account investigations of any kind that are not permanent (usually related to account security problems). And any payment or account related suspensions or bans (usually related to chargebacks).

We feel that we should not be giving any advantage to players who might have been suspended for any malicious activity (hacking, language violations, harassment etc). This also will impact auto-ban suspensions for hacking that have not led to permanent bans, and will bring even more value to temporary items and the accounts they are on.

The second update is a small update to our support system. The support system now also accepts *.dmp files. These files can be found when your game crashes.

We have been working with the developers on many stability fixes for upcoming updates. And we are always looking for more reproductions and information to send to the developers.

When you send us information via a ticket about a crash you can look in your program files (x86)/Z8Games/Crossfire/Reports/ folder for dump files and game logs that get created when your game crashes. Please now include those files in your support ticket so we can get the best information possible.

Thanks for your continued support of Cross Fire while we work to improve our service and policy!
