There are many scam sites on the internet claiming to give away free items and free zp. These sites ARE NOT REAL. They are designed to take information such as your registered email, your login ID and your security and password information and then use it against you to steal your account.
Our staff at Z8Games do not have personal websites that give away points, we do not ask you for your account information outside of the support site and we cannot give free items and points away through external sources. Websites and people who claim to be staff are IMPOSTER'S and should not be trusted.
Please note that keeping your account information secure also extends to giving away your account information such as login ID's and passwords to friends, family, clan mates, coworkers etc. If you give this information away and the account becomes compromised there may be nothing that Z8Games can do for you.
Accounts that get banned once compromised will stay banned according to our policy's. Account Security remains your responsibility.

I want to emphasize one more thing. there are also a lot of websites contaminated with malice software known as "Keyloggers". This little peace of malicious software has been bulit to copy your ID and password and send it to owner of keylogger. Keyloggers are usually covered by names like "Free ZP Generator", "Free GP Generator", "ZP ******" or similar. So beware and be careful and don´t download any software from unsecure source. Use a proper A/V software and firewalls to keep your PC safe.

Once stolen you can't get it back it was either hacked which is extremely hard, or you gave your information away. If those two are not the problem then you yourself are 1) A scammer
2) Trying hacker and you might be trying to point out accounts that look nice just to have them. in which case no, you can't get anything back. -

Huh? What are you talking about, Euro's are for ZP and you can buy GP with ZP but how would he know you spent 40 Euro's on GP guns? -

A player IGN: _HarD..* clan kill[Z].™ recruiting players and promises ZP gift. Then send a link to login which is 100% scam. Of course, this link does not work continuously, only when a victim is ready to be fooled.

Permanent Ban for hak?
if someone use hak... and i make report why he doesn't get PERMANENT BAN??? X-trap is posible to make erors, but in reply you see clear like cristal if he hack or not. .. is full of wall hakers now, last time was speed hakers, We must clean this game. -

I'm not entirely sure about this but I think when X-trap gets an Error from a gamers computer it sends a quick over-look of that file towards Z8games. Once it's in Z8games possession they register what the player has on his/her system. Depending on what the status that the bug/error/hack is the player will get nothing/temp. ban/perm ban/IP ban.
Then again this is a plain guess and none of this could happen ;D
