You can't compare the two, for they are made different for different gameplay. The Kriss Super V is a close range SMG, the M4A1 Custom a mid range rifle. So it depends on your gameplay. If you are an aggressive attacker, go with the Kriss Super V, because you'll be within close range of your enemy most of the time. If you're a more cautious and tactical player, then the M4A1 Custom is your gun.

Of course, M4A1 Custom! It's a way better gun than Kriss Super V. M4A1 Custom is best because the M4A1 Custom has a scope, and silenced. It makes it much better.
But if you want Kriss Super V, it has very low power and alot of bullets. It is a medium weight, which gives it good balance as a gun, but M4A1-Custom is way better, since people using the Kriss Super V is best in close range. And less people get M4A1 Custom because it is more rare and powerful.
M4A1-Custom is best at far-away ranges like at a window, but not THAT far away. -
I have both, Kriss and M4C.
I prefer Kriss, the accuracy is better. But I like M4C too, although when you'll kill someone holding the left button, sometimes it doesn't work because the aim goes up (just like AK47), so you have to press like three times the button. And I agree, it requires some skill.
