I saw it many times on others accs,but it isn't listed at the page with all ribbons.when could u get it?and will it be back?
EDIT:another question,is de wcg any better than normal one?

It was only available once, they may or may not bring the event back. Asking about it won't make them give you any information that they weren't going to announce.

I would assume that it is better in some way, but I haven't tried it so I am not sure. The black skin is pretty neat though, could always buy it because of that? :P

It says unverified because the stats weren't verified, they might shoot at the same speed making them the same.

It was during of the first full week of April (5th to the 9th). I remember this because I was moving into my apartment, and didn't have internet access for the first three days of the five day event. Since you had to do 3/5 of the missions to get the ribbon, I was out of it from the start.

Edit: ninja 9. lol Didn't even know it started on the 4th.
