Ghost Mode Crates?
I know this might be the stupidest idea to you guys.. but too me its awesome..
I was wondering if we could have a crate for Ghost Mode.
Crate Contains:
Kris Perm
Axe Perm
Kukri 90 days
Katana 90 days
Shovel Perm
Breath Down 90 days
Foot Down 90 days
Speed Defuse/Plant 7 days
Cost:
5k Zp = 5 crates 10k zp=10 crates 25k zp=27 crates
Pricey but you could get alot of Melee outa this.

I would love that, but I would say instead of 90 days, it would be 7 days because 90 days is over the top I believe. It would be pretty cool if they actually bring this but I would say:

Bdown 7 days

No Shovel Perm --> No Kukri for 7 Days, it should stay for Item Shop.

Oh idk. We already have a Ghost Mode ZP package in the webmall from when we did the March of the Ghosts tournament.
Idk about having other melee weapons as perm, just the axe seems fine.
The Kris Xmas and Shovel Haloween seem fine too, don't they ? -

Well yes of course. :rolleyes: But those were exclusive weapons in limited time crates. They won't be seen again.
Having every melee weapon a chance to be permanent permanently doesn't bode too well. As well as the fact that Z8 does need to make money, and a great way to do that is through Temporary ZP Weapon purchases.
Oh and a a little teaser: I don't know if you noticed, but the 40 ribbon reward is a two year Red Dragon Shovel... so really there is a form of a permanent weapon: Many days on a weapon/item -.- -
I like the idea but maybe just the axe as perm? Its already in the coupons I know but having any of the others as perm just doesnt play well with me and have other melees as temp and the bdown/sdown. Also add another crate for the GR side? Like a reskinned m4 custom with a ghost type skin (dont ask me what that would look like) and some temp rifle magazines, and ofcorse the temp m4 camo :P

I hate to be the first to point this out, but how is this a special Ghost Mode Grate? The only ones that get something out of this, are the players that prefer to team up as ghosts. What about giving Global Risk some love? They have a hard time as it is, without the enemy getting special treatment.

That actually makes sense...
Maybe include a few silenced weaponry, or Smoke Helmets, or even the good old Flash Goggles. -.-
And for both sides, Reduced Fall Damage? -

Love the idea of the M4 reskin, could be interesting, they could make it temporal, 7 days on the GM crate -

Flash goggles are more popular then any other char items
Besides , ghost arent that hard to kill , even the extremely experienced ones , i dont mind ghosts with more powerful weps (If cf decides to introduce throwing knives though....)

I've dreamed of this yesterday: A paint grenade for GR on Ghost Mode. If it hits a Ghost, he gets marked by some color, maybe red or yellow, and makes it easier to be spotted by GR. He just keeps the mark while moving, or else it would be unfair. GR would just need to shoot at any red/yellow mark on the map. lolz. That would make GM more interesting.

That would make GM more interesting.A while back I made a thread, suggesting an EMP grenade that could shut down a ghost's invisibility suit for a few seconds. It seems a lot more practical than using paint.
