why do i lag and frezze in lobby

hi i want to no why i lag in lobby it works fine untill 9am new zealand time then it starts to frezze before and after a game i cant see how it would be my pc as works fine untill 9am then it dosent go right till bout 8 pm nz time what can i do is it cause im so far away from server's or what ???????? anyone help

what are your fps?
in game press tab and check it

Maybe your loading some heavy updates in that timetable in the background? Check your Task Manager to see your runing background processes.
Did you try to use something like Gamebooster before?
