Problem with deposit.

"This transaction has been voided, your card will NOT be charged.
Reason:Failed to exceed the limit."

It gives me that message although the last time I bought ZP was 2 days ago and it was only 10k zp, I now want to buy 10k more and I cant, any reason why?

My clan mate got that same message and the advice i gave him "Try again later".

Something that you will need to discuss I'd guess between you and Support.

Maybe under
Account >> Billing / Purchases.

Maybe getting to reveal to you if you do have some sort of limit or not.
Idk why it would say "fail to exceed limit" like you need to be purchasing a minimum or something... -.-

I've had a similar problem too. I gifted a friend 10k zp and then tried to buy another 10k from a 20$ UGC card, and it gave me an error or "You have already redeemed this card".

That is a different issue. That is you wasting a whole $20 on a $10 purchase. The remaining $10 was put into your UGC account, which can be redeemed again with PayByCash or UGC (you will need to log in for that)
