Seriously you need to implement a Capture the Flag game type

This is one common game mode in every possible FPS available and I think crossfire is missing that piece of action on the battle field.

Would be fun, but would need whole new maps and everything, and i think we all know the GM's are "busy" enough as it is, good idea though i'd play it, hell it'd probably even be fun :eek:

True, but most S&D maps are alittle to small maybe? meh i dunno, plus they'd actually need bases and not just spawns if you think about it..

Capture the flag is just TDM with a purpose.. i doubt it will be added as most good ideas dont seem to be implimented, but if it cost you ZP to play that mode then it would be in the next update lol

none of the current maps are even close to being CTF worthy, BW would probably be the only one even close...besides each map would need to be partially recoded with the flags, new spawn points ect ect....

ctf would be so fun, but usually you see future type games with it like unreal tourny or halo. I havent played alot of FPS but ya.

ctf is so sick, would be a good idea. I think they should make it so only players who have bought atleast 10k zp will be able to play it. Why? just seems like a thing they would do

No capture the flag, capture the flag is for COD-like games with large open maps, not CQ games like CF. Rule of thumb: if a game's alternate walk is a tiptoe, no CTF. If it is a run, yes CTF.

Most TD games you are pushing the front line forward so why not have some kind of goal for when you get there? Perhaps some kind of exp reward for bringing the flag back? oh and it may not work that well on the smaller maps.

Or have something like assault on time splitters. One team defends the base other has to break through in so much time.

Capture the flag needs 32+ player maps. The SD maps we currently have wouldn't work at all for this as they are incredibly small (I'm used to BF2 maps)
Considering people already lag and have low fps with 16 players because this game consumes too many resources for what it's doing, I seriously don't think this will ever be implemented.

You could use EM maps...
