Age doesn't mean anything really. For one people that are older most likely have less time on their hands (more school work etc) where as when you are younger you have more spare time. ( ie. Luwwi)

age can mean alot, depends on who the person is and what their personality is. how would you know? arent you 13-14, so therefore you havnt even experience it

Age can mean a lot. However, you still can have 18 year olds that are immature and that do not listen. And there may be only a few, but you still can find mature 14 year-olds.
