Question.. "Reg"?

Just a little question..

I was wondering if the game felt.. like people weren't taking damage like they were suppose to be. I'm trying to figure out if it is my internet, or the game.

Feedback?

Before the update I didn't complain about reg, unless they were a high ping. Now, just feels different. Doing different damages to the body every time, etc.
