This is what i get when trying to dl cf from z8. When i dl from somewhere else, it gets downloaded but then i get the same xtrap error.

pls help me. i start crossfire and 2 minutes x star disassociates crossfire. why? i reinstal crossfire but x star disassociates crossfire. pls help me

Here I will actually try and help:
First try this:

If that X-Trap error still pops up after this try just deleting the X-Trap folder C:\Program Files\Z8Games\CrossFire\Xtrap
Then restart CF it will reinstall Xtrap from scratch.
I just had this same problem after being gone for 6 months and coming back to reinstall the whole thing.

I told you, either when downloading, or installing/running, something you have running is messing with the client. Close everything that isnt needed and redownload with your antivirus/firewall off and try again
