smile gate black screen

every once in a while i have recently been getting a black screen after games and it has smile gate write all over 30 secs cf closes how can i stop this it is very annoying

This is a known Bug where the developers are already working on a Solution.
Just be patient, the next few patches might hopefully solve that Issue.. :rolleyes:

Yes, this issue has gone on far too long and the paying community might be interested in knowing that in Canada, there are laws to protect the consumer, from services, products, either online or material, that may be faulty or not what was promised by the producer of such materials or services. A class action lawsuit might be the only way to protect ourselves, the consumers of this product. They willfully and knowingly take money for a product they know is faulty. This is against the law and should not be tolerated. I myself am taking names from anyone who lives in Canada, and who has paid receipts for ZP from Z8Games only.
