send error report

I allready have the problem with my Account, that i always get an send error report if i join the UK Clan Server or after I''ve played a certain time. Please tell me what i can do against this problem. Thx

It's weird how the same problem occurs to me 50% of the times when i try to log in CF or play in UK Servers... I have the feeling z8games hate UK Servers and the players from the UK xD
